View allI'm really concerned because my sex timing is only around 5 to 10 seconds, and I just can't seem to go a second time after that. It's starting to affect how much I enjoy my married life. Can you give me some advice or suggestions on what I might do to help with this?
Premature ejaculation It needs psychological as well as physiological assessment , this problem will improve with medicines and counselling .I can understand ur concern that you are worried but As u are young , scope of improvement is there. First of all with medicine ,we will build up self confidence to perform better every time, then hopefully this will resolve permanently . It will happen, don't worry be happy :).

I've been having some trouble down there lately and it's starting to worry me. I've got these cuts on the inner joints of my penis, and it's making it really tough to pull back the skin. There's this big scar that's sometimes bleeding, and each time I pull the skin back, this white stuff builds up and I have to wash it away. This has been going on for about four days now. I've tried using Candid B cream, but it hasn't helped at all. I'm married, and I haven't had any unsafe sexual encounters. Interestingly, my wife's been dealing with some vaginal itching too, but she's fine now after using Candid B. Could you shed some light on what's happening with me?
That could be STD visit nearest STD clinic or consult Dermatologist for appropriate management.

What could happen if I leave my grade 3 left varicocele untreated and how effective is homeopathic treatment for this condition
Leaving an untreated grade 3 varicocele can lead to testicular atrophy, reduced testosterone levels, and potential fertility issues. Homeopathic treatments are generally not considered effective for correcting or reversing varicocele
