How much of the Perfectil tablet should I take each day, and how long does it usually take to see results? I'm just a bit concerned and curious about the timeline and dosage!
Answered by 1 Apollo Doctors
the recommended dosage of Perfectil tablets is one tablet per day. It is usually recommended to take it with a meal. Results may vary from person to person, but typically it may take a few weeks to a couple of months to start noticing the effects of the supplement.

View allI'm dealing with vitiligo and my doctor suggested using Melback lotion, but I can't find it anywhere. I did come across Melgain at the drugstore though. Can I use Melgain as a substitute? What's the difference between Melback and Melgain, and how exactly does Melgain work? Would appreciate any advice on how to use it properly.

I'm using minoxidil to help with hair growth and I've been at it for about a month now under my doctor's guidance. But I've noticed that I'm getting flaky white dandruff on my scalp from using it regularly. Is it normal to get dandruff when using minoxidil? Also, what would be the best way to handle it? I've heard that washing with anti-dandruff shampoo every day might not be great for my hair. What do you suggest?

I'm dealing with a strong fishy odor coming from my groin area, and it's really uncomfortable. There's also constant itching and some red spots, and it doesn't seem to go away during the day. What could be causing this and how can I make it better?
The fishy odor, itching, and red spots in the groin area may indicate a bacterial or fungal infection, such as bacterial vaginosis, trichomiasis, or intertrigo; consult a dermatologist
