I accidentally ate a bit of fish before having some curd, and now I'm really worried about whether this could lead to any skin issues. Can you give me any advice on what I should do or if there's anything I need to watch out for? I'm quite concerned and would appreciate your guidance.

it's believed that consuming curd (yogurt) after eating fish can lead to skin issues. However, there's limited scientific evidence to support this claim.

Possible concerns:

  1. Allergic reactions: If you're allergic to fish or lactose intolerant, consuming curd after fish might exacerbate symptoms.
  2. Digestive issues: Fish and curd can be difficult to digest for some people, potentially leading to stomach discomfort, bloating, or gas.
  3. Skin issues: While there's no direct link between eating curd after fish and skin problems, some people might experience skin reactions due to individual sensitivities or allergies.

I'm 30 and I've got this knot inside my left chest nipple that's really painful when I touch it. I've been on tuberculosis medication for the past five months, and this is my last month. Could the medication be causing this, or is it something else? Can you help me figure out what's going on?

I've noticed my hairline is receding, especially around the temple and frontal areas, and I tried using Minokem like my dermatologist recommended, but it doesn't seem to be working. I still have these baby hairs on my scalp. What's worrying me is that while there's no baldness on my dad's side, there is on my mom's - my uncle and grandfather are both bald. Could this be something genetic from my mom's side? Is there anything else I should try or consider?

I'm a bit confused about when exactly I should be using sunscreen. Do I really need to keep reapplying it all day long, even in the evening or at night? Or is it okay to skip it once the sun goes down?

It is necessary to use it all day long. Should we apply sunscreen even at evening and night time ?? Or no need to apply it after sunset.. Sunscreen should be applied every day, regardless of the time of day. It is recommended to apply sunscreen in the morning before going out and to reapply every 2 hours, especially if you are outdoors. Even in the evening and at night, if you are going to be exposed to artificial light sources such as fluorescent bulbs or screens, it is advisable to continue using sunscreen to protect your skin from harmful UV rays.
