I'm a bit confused about when exactly I should be using sunscreen. Do I really need to keep reapplying it all day long, even in the evening or at night? Or is it okay to skip it once the sun goes down?

It is necessary to use it all day long. Should we apply sunscreen even at evening and night time ?? Or no need to apply it after sunset.. Sunscreen should be applied every day, regardless of the time of day. It is recommended to apply sunscreen in the morning before going out and to reapply every 2 hours, especially if you are outdoors. Even in the evening and at night, if you are going to be exposed to artificial light sources such as fluorescent bulbs or screens, it is advisable to continue using sunscreen to protect your skin from harmful UV rays.

View allI'm a 28-year-old woman and I'm getting married in three months. Recently, my dermatologist recommended using minoxidil 5 for my hair fall since the minoxidil 2 I tried earlier didn't really help much. However, when I read up on it, it seems like minoxidil 5 is usually for men, and this has me a bit worried. I'm concerned about how this might affect my hair and if there's any impact on my marriage or sex life. Can I go ahead with using this?
Minoxidil 5% is indeed commonly used for male pattern baldness, but it can also be prescribed for female hair loss.

I've been dealing with this weird reaction tiny itchy red bumps after using fast relief on my left knee. So I switched to Volini spray, but it gave me rashes on my right leg. Any idea what's causing these skin issues? And do you know of a pain relief ointment that's maybe a bit gentler or less allergenic? I've been applying aloe gel to soothe the rashes and the bumps have gotten better, but the itching is still really bothering me. What can I do about it?
it will be reduce
