I'm a bit confused about when exactly I should be using sunscreen. Do I really need to keep reapplying it all day long, even in the evening or at night? Or is it okay to skip it once the sun goes down?

It is necessary to use it all day long. Should we apply sunscreen even at evening and night time ?? Or no need to apply it after sunset.. Sunscreen should be applied every day, regardless of the time of day. It is recommended to apply sunscreen in the morning before going out and to reapply every 2 hours, especially if you are outdoors. Even in the evening and at night, if you are going to be exposed to artificial light sources such as fluorescent bulbs or screens, it is advisable to continue using sunscreen to protect your skin from harmful UV rays.

View allI'm a 17-year-old guy and I've noticed that my scalp is becoming visible through my hair, which is really worrying me. Living in Ajman, UAE, I suspect the shower water might be affecting my hair because I've heard its not great. I started using oil, hoping it might help, but I'm not seeing much of an improvement. Are there any home treatments or remedies you could recommend for hair issues like this?

I've been using Betnovate C on my face for about six months to manage pimples and help with skin lightening, but as soon as I stop using it, the pimples come back. I usually apply it at night. Some friends say it's not good to use it continuously. Could you advise me on what I should do next?
Yes stop using it because it contains steroids and could make your skin sensitive, visit Dermatologist for evaluation and appropriate management
