I accidentally cut the skin on my ear while shaving and used undiluted Dettol with a cotton ball on the cut. Unfortunately, some of the Dettol got into my ear, and I felt a burning sensation right away. I'm really worried about whether this could cause any damage to my ear or even my brain. Could this be a problem?

I've been dealing with pain when I turn my neck and this weird feeling like something's stuck in my throat. An X-ray showed an elongated styloid process on my right side.
