I accidentally popped what I think was a sebaceous cyst inside my elbow, and now there's this dull, numb pain when I touch it, which wasn't there before. Should I be worried, or is it just a part of the healing process?

View allI used Memopi Hc to try and lighten my brown freckles a few months ago, but accidentally applied it all over my face, which made my skin fair. Since stopping, I've noticed hyperpigmentation on my cheeks that's been around for 3 years now. Ive tried a bunch of medicines and remedies to lighten the pigment, but nothing seems to work. Any advice or suggestions you could offer would be really appreciated.
That cream contains steroids which would have made your skin sensitive and lead to hyperpigmentation, you have to deal with for long time have patience it will heal follow your doctors advice.

I'm thinking about using a derma roller for my face, but I'm not entirely sure how to properly sanitize it. I'm wondering if it's okay to use Dettol or Savlon to clean it. Could you walk me through the sanitizing process? I'm a bit worried about making sure it's safe to use on my skin.
While Dettol or Savlon can be used to sanitize a derma roller, a more recommended approach is to soak the derma roller in a mixture of 70% isopropyl alcohol (IPA) or ethanol for 5-10 minutes, then rinse with sterile or distilled water, and let air-dry; this method is gentler on the needles and more effective against bacteria and other microorganisms.

I'm looking for a good medicated hair serum that won't have any nasty side effects. It's really important to me that it helps maintain a nice shine and doesn't damage my hair. Do you have any recommendations?
