I've been having this fever that just keeps coming back every few hours. When I take paracetamol and get some sleep, my temperature drops, and I feel completely fine, but then the fever returns after about 34 hours and I start feeling dizzy again. I'm getting really worried about this pattern. What could be causing this and what should I do?

stop those and use tab.sinarest twice in a day for 3 days,if it still continues visit ENT doctor for appropriate management
