I am 13 weeks pregnant and I have received my blood reports. Could you please check if there is any problem in the report.

Blood reports during pregnancy are done to monitor mother and baby health. Most early changes are physiological. Please consult your obstetrician, who can guide you based on trimester specific values. Iron and folic acid supplements as advised by the obstetrician. Do get CBC and TSH checked
Dr. Shaik Suggests...
Take a CBC Test (Complete Blood Count) Test or Take a TSH Test (Thyroid Stimulating Hormone) Test

Hi Doctor, I have been experiencing fever and headache without any cough, runny nose, or sore throat. I consulted a doctor who initially suspected dengue and advised me to take paracetamol. However, after receiving my lab report, it shows no signs of dengue. The concern is that for the past few days, my fever only goes down temporarily with paracetamol. What could be the cause, and what should I do next?

Hi. I am suffering from heavy and prolonged periods after I missed my period last month. My pregnancy test report came negative. I got my periods after one month and it is heavy and almost 10 days now and not reducing. I have Tranexamic acid 500 mg and Mefenamic acid 250 mg tablets earlier given by my gynecologist with me. Can I take it to stop my periods? Can anyone please suggest the dosage for the same?
