I am a 16 year old CKD patient. I have been on dialysis for one month, three times a week. I was hospitalized on 2nd October when my creatinine was 13.50. On 5th October, my creatinine reduced to 6.40. Now my creatinine is 10.30 before dialysis. As per the report of 9th October, urine albumin and occult blood are present, pus cells are 6 to 8/hpf, and RBC is 2 to 3/hpf. Urine total protein/creatinine ratio is 3.37. I want a second opinion. Is this curable?

At 16, being on dialysis with high creatinine suggests advanced Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD). Your urine report shows protein and blood, which is common in CKD. CKD is not fully reversible, but its progression can be slowed with treatment and diet. Continue dialysis as advised and follow your nephrologists guidance. A kidney transplant may be an option in the future for better quality of life. You can book Serum Electrolytes, Hemoglobin, and Calcium tests regularly to monitor health during dialysis.

Hi Sir/Madam, My grandmother has been admitted to the hospital with a creatinine level of 2.1 and a urinary tract infection. She is also diabetic. I would like to know if this condition can lead to dialysis, or if there is a chance that her creatinine levels can be brought down with treatment. If dialysis becomes necessary, how long would she need to continue it? Please guide us.

Please check this report and tell me that report is normal or any major problem? Creatinine range in my report is 1.6. Is it a major problem? Can you help me?
