Symptoms may be due to hormonal imbalance, not always pregnancy. Do a Beta hCG blood test if still no periods. If negative, test hormones like TSH, Prolactin, FSH. Stress or PCOS can delay periods too.

I had a frozen embryo transfer on 4th July. Initially, I experienced mild period like cramps, which have now stopped, but I still have occasional mild pelvic and lower back pain. I am taking all my medications as prescribed, including Crinone 8 percent progesterone gel. Since yesterday, I have had a burning sensation while urinating. Hi, I have missed my period for 6 days. When I checked with an HPT, it was positive, and the test line is much darker than the control line. I am having mild pain and a sensation on one side of my abdomen. Is this normal? The pain is very mild, but I am worried if this could be a serious issue?
