I am a 46 year old male experiencing erectile dysfunction and low libido. My blood report shows low free testosterone and high estradiol levels. I tried Modula 5, but it did not help, and Ayurvedic medicines have also not been very effective. What should I do next?

Dear Sir, My sperm count is 30 percent, and total motility is 50 percent. Sperm motility is as follows: Grade I 30 percent, Grade II 30 percent, Grade III 20 percent, Grade IV 20 percent. Dear doctors my sperm volume is 2.5 and sperm concentration is 17 million per ml with fast progressive 20 percent slow sluggish 20 percent non progressive 60 percent and non motile 40 percent. Is this normal or should I be worried? I have attached a snapshot of my report.
