I am a 58 year old male. My urine report shows mild turbid transparency, specific gravity QNS, albumin positive, pus cells 4 to 6 per HPF, epithelial cells 2 to 3 per HPF and dead sperm seen. What does this mean?

This is the second time I am experiencing frequent urination.
