I am 6 weeks pregnant with my first child and have been experiencing continuous mild pain in my lower left abdomen for the past 12 hours. I have not undergone any scan yet, but my blood reports are normal. Is this mild continuous pain normal in early pregnancy, or is it something to be concerned about?

Mild continuous lower abdominal pain in early pregnancy can be normal due to stretching of ligaments or implantation. However, if pain worsens or is one sided with spotting, rule out ectopic pregnancy.

My girlfriend and I had intercourse on 27th July and 10th August. Her last period started on 21st July, and her periods are usually regular. This time, she has not gotten her period. She took pregnancy tests on 24th, 26th, 27th, and 28th August, and all were negative. One doctor advised taking Meprate tablets, but I am still confused. Could she be pregnant, and is it safe to take Meprate in this situation? What should we do next?
