In a pregnancy test, there is one dark red line and one very faint line. Does this mean she is actually pregnant? If she is pregnant and we are not planning to have a child right now, what steps should we take?

One dark line and one faint line on a pregnancy test usually means pregnancy is likely. Faint line appears if hCG hormone is present, even in small amounts. To confirm, do a blood test (Beta hCG) at a lab its more accurate. If pregnancy is confirmed and not planned, visit a gynecologist immediately to discuss safe options.
Dr. Bhanu Suggests...
Take a UPT Test (Urine Pregnancy) Test or Take a Beta HCG Test Test

My doctor mentioned that due to these results, I need to take an injection once a week for now. They will check again next month, and if necessary, the injections might need to be given daily.
