I am allergic to many things like dust and strong smell. What is the cough allergy test? Should I also get it done? I am 32 years old working as a HR in an MNC. Is it worth doing this allergy test? Can I get a permanent solution for this cough allergy?

Chronic allergy to dust, smells, or perfumes can trigger cough and sinus issues. Yes, allergy testing is helpful if you want to identify the specific trigger. Skin prick test or IgE based blood allergy panel can be done. It helps in planning long term treatment or allergy shots.

Dear doctor, attached is my diagnosis report and my latest blood report. Medicines taken are Vitrace cv, Imofetil 500, Anliv 500, Divaine 50 and Effipan. I am a plumbing worker, and I was diagnosed with this disease. The above medicines were taken in different dosages, and during the medication period, I was fine. Due to the recent pandemic, my medicines were completed, and I was not able to visit the doctor. Again, I got itching skin and blisters started on my body, which took me back to my initial condition. Doctor, I do not know why I have not recovered. I have spent a lot of money and consumed many medicines, but still there is no improvement. Please advise. Thanks and regards, Ramesh.

I am having skin allergy only at night for the last one month and was asked to do a blood test. The result of my blood test for allergy shows IgE is 347. In the liver test my total protein is 8, albumin is 4.1, and globulin is 3.9. I want to know if my report is normal?

Sir, I have been struggling with cold allergy for months. If I miss my medication even for a day, I experience severe cold symptoms the next day, including sneezing about 14 to 20 times every 10 seconds. I have consulted multiple doctors but have not found a cure yet. My blood report shows an eosinophil count of 704 (normal range 40 to 440). Please suggest a better treatment option.
