I am attaching my husband blood report. It mentions mild lymphocytosis, is the report normal? Please suggest if any further follow up

After completing treatment for malaria with Doxycycline and Artesunate, my fever still has not gone away. My temperature ranges between 99 to 102. All my blood reports are normal except for the Widal test, as you can see in the report. I also took Ofloxacin for 10 days, but the fever persists. In addition, my digestion is becoming weak. Could this be something else?
