Low grade fever post C section can be normal due to recovery. But monitor for signs of infection. If cough or other COVID symptoms, test again. Monitor BP once daily

I have had a fever of 99 to 100 degrees F for the past 10 days, along with headache and body ache. My CBC report shows leukocytes 8100/cu.mm, neutrophils 60 percent, lymphocytes 34 percent, eosinophils 2 percent, monocytes 4 percent, basophils 0 percent, hemoglobin 12.4 percent, and MPV 11.4. My husband has fever which keeps fluctuating. It does not go beyond 101 degrees C. He also complains of mild headache. Blood report was normal. He is under medication. I am worried. Is it just normal fever?
