I am concerned about my urine test report. It shows the presence of 2+ protein, blood cells, and pus cells, while my creatinine and urea levels are normal. I have attached the report for your review. Could you please help me understand what this indicates and whether I should be worried?

Protein and blood in urine suggest possible urinary tract infection or early kidney involvement. Even if creatinine is normal, these findings need follow up. Please consult a physician.
Dr. Hema Suggests...
Take a CULTURE AND SENSITIVITY - URINE (AUTOMATED) Test or Take a RENAL PROFILE/KIDNEY FUNCTION TEST (RFT/KFT) Test
