I am COVID positive and today is the 8th day. I take Telmistran H regularly for high blood pressure. My current medicines are Azithromycin 500, Ivermectin, Doxycycline, Vitamin C, Vitamin D3, Zinc, and Paracetamol since day 2. My recent blood report shows D dimer level 2600. One doctor advised a blood thinner injection for 7 days, while another said it is not immediately necessary and that Ecosprin 150 is enough. I need your opinion and guidance.

Your D dimer is elevated, which may happen in COVID. If you are feeling fine, no breathlessness or chest pain, oral medicines like Ecosprin are often enough. Blood thinners are used only in higher risk cases. Continue to monitor and follow your doctor advice. Please repeat the D dimer for 2 to 3 days and also get CBC and CRP done. A chest scan may be considered if symptoms worsen.

I am 34 weeks pregnant. I have attached my USG report. Could you please help me understand the report. I noticed that the FL (femur length) measurement is lower compared to other parameters, and I am not sure what that means. Is my baby okay?

I have swelling on my face, mouth ulcers, and a burning sensation in my body. My blood report shows Vitamin B12 level at 358 and Vitamin D total level at 28.50. What does this mean, and what should I do?
