Indicates possible paratyphoid fever. Symptoms support infection. Start appropriate antibiotics and maintain hydration. Kindly get Widal test, Typhidot, Stool culture and CBC done.
Dr. Rohinipriyanka Suggests...
Take a TYPHIDOT IgG AND IgM Test or Take a COMPLETE BLOOD COUNT (CBC) Test

I have been experiencing sneezing episodes every early morning and at night for several days. Last Tuesday evening, I developed cold and fever with chills. The next day, a physician diagnosed it as a viral infection and prescribed azithromycin and oseltamivir. The fever has subsided, but the cold is still persisting. Today, my Widal test came back positive with a titre of 1:160. However, I understand that Widal can be falsely positive in viral infections. What should I do next?
