I am experiencing genital itching, difficulty moving the foreskin, and slight swelling of the penis. Additionally, I have noticed a white spot on my right hand. What could be the possible cause of these symptoms?

This could be due to fungal infection, irritation, or balanitis. Clean with warm water, avoid harsh soaps. A dermatologist or urologist can help with further treatment.

View allDear Doctors, my mother is 50 years old. She has been suffering from a urine infection for the last two and a half months and she also has diabetes. Even after regular checkups, her sugar levels are not under control and they fluctuate daily. Because of this her urine infection has not recovered. Please suggest what to do in this case. She feels very tired all the time and can only walk with support. She was admitted to the hospital for two weeks but the urine infection is still not resolved. I am attaching her urine report for reference. Please guide us with the best way to manage these problems as I want my mother to be active again.
