I was experiencing pain and irritation before and after urinating, therefore, I got a urine routine and culture test done. I am attaching my report. Please suggest? I was also taking tablet Zenflox UTI, Alkabest syrup, and Surfaz SN cream for local ointment. This was given by a chemist.

Pain and irritation during urination suggest UTI. Self medication is not reliable. If symptoms persist despite treatment, a proper Urine Culture and Sensitivity test is necessary to guide antibiotic therapy. Please get it done immediately.

I am having UTI for the last 25 days and now my urine report shows presence of epithelial cells 1 to 2 per hpf and pus cells 5 to 6 per hpf.
