I am experiencing psoriasis with itching on my face, legs, and forehead. I have diabetes and high blood pressure, and I am taking medications for both. I am also on thyroid medication. Please advise on management.

Psoriasis can flare up with diabetes, thyroid issues, and stress. Itching on face, legs, and forehead may be part of the condition. Keep skin moisturized and avoid harsh soaps. Check sugar and thyroid level imbalances can worsen itching. A skin doctor can suggest safe creams or treatment. Visit the doctor for consultation and further checks.

View allDear Doctors, I would like to know which dose (mg) would be appropriate for my thyroid report values Thyronorm 50 or 25 mg? Please tell me? I have attached my report. TSH 0.09, T4 16.8.

I took a thyroid test due to hair loss. My blood report shows normal T3 (73 ng) and T4 (9 microgram) levels, but TSH is slightly elevated at 7.46 microIU. Is this normal? Could this be the cause of my hair loss? Do I need any medication to control the TSH level? Please suggest.

I have been taking thyroid medication since the age of 11 and have never missed a dose. I am now 23, and my menstrual cycles have always been regular. My TSH is currently below 1, and it has been maintained below 5 for several years. Will this affect my ability to get pregnant? Also, does this increase the risk of miscarriage?
