I am having constant body fatigue and tiredness. I am feeling sleepy and less active all day. Is this due to the covid vaccine. I have attached my blood report from November. Do I need to take one now?

Post COVID fatigue is common but should not last for months. Please check Vitamin B12, thyroid levels, and iron. Low energy is often due to deficiencies, not always vaccine related.

Dr. Kamran Suggests...

Take a FREE AND TOTAL THYROID PROFILE (T3,T4, FT3, FT4,TSH) Test or Take a Vitamin B12 Test Test

Hello Sir/Madam, I have been feeling lightheaded, so my doctor suggested checking my vitamin levels. My blood report shows Vitamin B12 at 172 ng and Vitamin D at 6. The doctor prescribed Neurobion Forte for 10 days and Meconerve Plus for 15 days. I am experiencing daily nausea, lightheadedness, and headache. I want to know if my Vitamin B12 level will increase with this treatment and whether I should stop taking Meconerve Plus, as it is causing me significant discomfort.

I got my period after almost three months, on 15th July. Since then, I have been experiencing an electrical chill sensation on my scalp and tingling on my face below the eyebrows and lips. I consulted a neurosurgeon 8 days ago, described these symptoms, and was prescribed Nuhenz for 15 days with advice to follow up afterward. The electrical chill and tingling have now reduced by 50 to 60 percent. Recently, due to cold weather, I kept cotton in my ears for three days continuously, and now I hear a ringing sound in my left ear when in a quiet space. Additional notes: I had gum bleeding in the front teeth and visited a dentist, who found inflammation and cleaned my teeth. My blood report shows very low Vitamin D and slightly higher than normal TSH levels. Kindly let me know what could be causing these symptoms and what I should do next.
