I experience numbness in the fingers of my hand when I wake up. My blood reports are normal, and I do not have diabetes. I also performed the Phalen test, which did not indicate symptoms of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. Please advise what could be causing this and what I should do

Finger numbness on waking can be due to nerve compression from sleep posture or vitamin deficiencies. Normal Phalens test reduces the chance of carpal tunnel. Avoid sleeping with wrists bent, and gently stretch fingers and wrists. Check Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D levels to rule out deficiencies that can cause nerve symptoms. If numbness persists or worsens, consult a neurologist.

View allI recently underwent a full body check up and found that I have Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D deficiencies. My report shows: Vitamin B12: 59 pg/mL Vitamin D: 13.6 ng/mL One doctor suggested taking Meconerve injections (1 ampule IM daily for 5 days, then once a week for 4 weeks, followed by once a month for 12 months).

Please suggest medication for my blood report showing vitamin B12 and vitamin D deficiency. Vitamin B12 is 111 pg per ml and vitamin D is 10.4 ng per ml.

My skin is oily and sensitive, and I have been facing this problem for the last 5 to 6 years. I get a lot of acne on my forehead, and my face looks very dull. Day by day, my skin tone is also becoming darker. My LFT, KFT, and thyroid reports are all normal. Please suggest what I can do.
