My doctor told me that treatment is required only when SGOT and SGPT are high, and starting medicine before that is of no use. Is this correct, or should I start treatment now?

Sir, what is this viral load? I am worried about my health. Is hepatitis B curable? My report shows HBsAg provisionally reactive, and the lab has suggested a confirmatory HBsAg test. I have no symptoms mentioned in articles on the internet, but I am feeling very tired, and my weight has drastically reduced from 68 kg to 58 kg. Is this due to hepatitis B? I took Fluvoximine CR 100, Venlafaxine, Clofranil 25 all thrice a day and Ativan once a day for one month. I abruptly stopped due to numerous severe side effects. The next day, my blood report showed HBsAg positive. Could this be a result of these side effects and poor immune system caused by the medicines?
