Consult a hepatologist or gastroenterologist. In West Delhi, liver clinics in tertiary hospitals like Sir Ganga Ram or BLK Max are good options.
Dr. Yusuf Suggests...
Take a COMPLETE BLOOD COUNT (CBC) Test or Take a HBsAg Test (Hepatitis B surface antigen) Test

The next day, my blood report showed HBsAg positive. Could this be a result of these side effects and poor immune system caused by the medicines?

I tested HBsAg positive, and my doctor informed me that I was an inactive carrier. My liver function test values have been normal. Recently, I have been experiencing abdominal pain. My latest LFT remains normal, but an ultrasound showed hepatomegaly with a liver size of 162 mm. My SGPT is 40, SGOT is 24, and my HBV viral load is 9,000. I am attaching my report for your review. Please advise what treatment I require.
