I am not married and have never had sexual intercourse, but my period has been delayed for 60 days. I consulted a doctor, who prescribed folic acid and iron tablets for 10 days. I completed the course, but my period still has not started. I do not have thyroid or hormonal problems. What could be the reason, and what should I do?

If hormones are normal, it may be due to stress, PCOS, or low weight. Do TSH, FSH, LH, and Pelvic USG. Avoid skipping meals and track cycles.
Dr. Hema Suggests...
Take a TSH Test (Thyroid Stimulating Hormone) Test or Take a FSH and LH Test Test

View allI had my last period on 20th September. I had protected sex on 20th October. I took a home pregnancy test on 28th October, which was negative, and then a beta HCG test on 4th November, which was 0.1 mIU/ml. I still have not got my period and have no pregnancy symptoms. Is there any chance that I am pregnant? Any suggestions would be helpful.

Hi, I usually have irregular periods, sometimes as infrequent as once in 15 days. I consulted a doctor, who examined my reports and mentioned an initial stage of PCOD, prescribing medication for 2 months. After taking the medicines, my periods were normal. My first period after marriage was normal, but now the same problem has returned. I have taken a pregnancy test, and it is negative.

My wife has missed her periods. We have done two pregnancy tests, both of which were negative. We always use protection during sex. We are concerned, what could be the reason for her missed periods, and what should we do?
