I have a 19 day delayed period, but both blood and urine pregnancy tests are negative. What could be the main reason for this delay, doctor?

A 19 day delay with negative blood and urine pregnancy tests usually rules out pregnancy. The delay may be due to hormonal imbalance, stress, PCOD, thyroid issues, or sudden weight changes. Irregular sleep, travel, or medication changes can also affect your cycle. It is important to get a hormonal workup and pelvic scan to find the cause.

View allI am not married and have never had sexual intercourse, but my period has been delayed for 60 days. I consulted a doctor, who prescribed folic acid and iron tablets for 10 days. I completed the course, but my period still has not started. I do not have thyroid or hormonal problems. What could be the reason, and what should I do?

My period was due on March 18, but I missed it. After waiting 7 days, I took Regestrone twice a day for 5 days. Bleeding started 3 days after stopping the pills, but the flow is very light, red in color, and not brown. I am not experiencing spotting, and my pregnancy test is negative. Why am I having such a light flow?
