My age is 41. I am suffering from irregular periods and I am being treated by a gynecologist. This month I missed my period. Pregnancy test is negative. USG report and Pap smear test are also negative. I have no other problem in my body. What is the reason for my missed period? Please help me. Thanks.

At 41 years, missed periods may be part of perimenopause, which is a normal hormonal transition before menopause. Since your pregnancy test, ultrasound, and pap smear are all negative, theres likely no serious issue. Hormone shifts can cause temporary cycle changes even if you feel healthy. A few simple hormone blood tests can help confirm this stage.

View allI am not married and have never had sexual intercourse, but my period has been delayed for 60 days. I consulted a doctor, who prescribed folic acid and iron tablets for 10 days. I completed the course, but my period still has not started. I do not have thyroid or hormonal problems. What could be the reason, and what should I do?

My last period was on 5th August, but I did not get my period by 5th Sept. I visited a doctor, and she prescribed Prevent N tablet for 3 days, but my period did not start by 9th Sept, so I did a serum hCG test, which came back as less than 1.20 mIU/mL. Even today, I still have not had my period. What should I do next?

I have had irregular menstruation for the last two months. I checked with a test kit on 24 oct, and the result was negative. I want to conceive a baby. Please suggest what I should do and whether I need any tests or medicines?
