Alopecia spreading to the beard is common in the autoimmune type. Dandruff can worsen hair fall. Regrowth is possible with steroids, minoxidil, PRP or immunotherapy. See dermatologist for treatment plan. Thyroid levels should be monitored as its related.

Hi, I have been diagnosed with PCOS, vitamin D deficiency, and low hemoglobin. I completed the treatment course prescribed by my doctor. I recently had a complete haemogram done, and the results showed that my haemoglobin, total RBC, total WBC, lymphocytes, POV, platelet count, MCV, and MCH are all highly imbalanced, with some values being either too high or too low. Currently, I am not experiencing any major physical problems except for hair fall. I want to understand why my blood report is showing such imbalances and what steps I should take.
