TO and TH titres of 1:160 suggest typhoid but should be correlated clinically. Start antibiotics if doctor advises. Repeat test if needed.

Hi, how can typhoid be treated at the 2nd stage? The Widal test was done, and the titre count is 320. She has been suffering from fever, cough, and cold for the past week. Initially, we thought it might be a common viral fever and consulted a doctor, but after the symptoms persisted, we got blood tests done yesterday for Dengue, malarial parasite, and Widal for typhoid.
