I am suffering from PCOD again. I was diagnosed with it a few years back and was suggested laparoscopic treatment. Last week I was again diagnosed with PCOD. I sometimes feel like I am having a heart attack. I am also suffering from depression, severe anxiety, hallucinations, headaches, and migraine. Since childhood I have had major or minor health problems. I am a vegetarian and do not eat much oily food. My weight is 51 kg. I have increased hair growth all over my body including on my breasts. I have severe pain during my menstrual periods which is totally unbearable. I experience pain in the whole body and sometimes nausea. I am getting acne, whiteheads, and other skin issues on my face. My breasts have sagged and increased in size in recent years and I feel they look bad, the size is 34. I want to reduce it. My shoulder line is smaller than my waist line. My height is 5 feet 2 inches. I also have acidity and gastritis problems. Will exercise or yoga help me. My parents are not allowing me to do any exercise activities. Please guide me about PCOD. I am attaching my USG pelvis report and blood report.

PCOD can cause hormonal symptoms. Lifestyle changes like a balanced diet, regular light exercise, and medical treatment can help. Yoga is also beneficial. USG and hormone tests guide the right treatment. Education and counseling about PCOD are important to understand the condition and manage it better. Consult a gynecologist or endocrinologist and consider speaking to a nutritionist for long term care. For PCOS management avoid junk, exercise regularly and eat healthy home made food only. Get done USG abdomen and pelvis along with hormonal panels checked to access further treatment.

View allHi, I am having a lump in my chest near the nipples. I am also having hair loss and skin darkening all over my body. I went for hormonal tests because I was feeling I am having hormonal issues. My report suggests abnormal estrogen levels. Please suggest me the solution to balance it?

My last period was from 3.8.2017 to 7.8.2017, and it has been more than a month without periods. I consulted a gynecologist and got a pelvic scan done. My report shows anteverted midline 7.6x3.4x2.6 cm, myometrial echoes normal, endometrial echo 7.3 mm, right ovary cystic 4.0x3.1 cm, left ovary normal. Is all good?

Hi, I got married six months ago and have a thyroid problem. I will attach my report for reference. I weigh 63 kgs and my height is 155 cm. We have been trying to conceive every month. My periods are regular with a cycle of about 25 days, and I usually get my period on the 26th day. However, I have not been able to get pregnant yet. Could there be any problem related to my thyroid or other factors affecting my fertility?
