I am sharing my ultrasound report and would like your advice on which treatment I should consider. The report mentions that my uterus is bulky in size (81x72x56 mm) and anterverted in position, with a central endometrial echo and an endometrial thickness of 9 mm. It shows multiple well defined hypoechoic fibroid lesions, 3 measuring F1 is 39x35x32 mm (right wall intramural, F2 is 19x16x14 mm ( posterior subserosal ), F3 F2 is 24x20x18mm ( anterior subserosal). Cervix is normal. The right ovary measures 27x24x19 mm (volume 6.7 cc) and the left ovary measures 25x22x16 mm (volume 5.81 cc). No free fluid is seen in the pelvis. Please let me know what this report suggests and what treatment options I should consider.

Your report suggests fibroids and PCOS. If you have symptoms like heavy bleeding or infertility, treatment options include medications or minimally invasive surgery. Please consult your gynaecologist
