Hi I am 33 years old and planning to conceive my first child. Is it possible to conceive naturally. My report shows polycystic ovaries?

Polycystic ovaries does not always mean PCOS. If your cycles are regular, you may still conceive naturally. If not, medication and lifestyle changes may help. Try doing HIIT exercises at home regularly,

Sir, for the past one year my wife is not getting pregnant so I did a checkup and she is fine. In my report sperm count is 34 million per ml with 60 percent normal and 40 percent abnormal.
