Hi, I am having a lump in my chest near the nipples. I am also having hair loss and skin darkening all over my body. I went for hormonal tests because I was feeling I am having hormonal issues. My report suggests abnormal estrogen levels. Please suggest me the solution to balance it?

These symptoms, along with abnormal estrogen levels, can be signs of hormonal imbalance such as PCOS or other endocrine issues. A lump near the nipple should be examined thoroughly to rule out breast related conditions. You may need a full hormonal evaluation. Please consult a gynecologist or endocrinologist.

I am currently undergoing fertility treatment. Initially, my gynaecologist prescribed progesterone vaginal capsules to induce my period, as I have PCOD and irregular cycles. After that, she started me on Ovaa Shield from the 3rd day of my period. However, during my follicular study, there was no follicle growth even by the 17th day (the report showed SF). So, she again prescribed progesterone, and I got my period. This time, she prescribed Ovaa Shield DS. I am now on the 15th day of my cycle, but still, there is no follicular growth (still showing SF). How long will this medication continue? I am feeling very confused and stressed. I previously lost my first baby due to a heart block. I am still not getting pregnant.

I am currently managing PCOD and have completed a two month course, now starting my third month. Recently, I have been experiencing frequent and severe headaches. My doctor advised me to get my prolactin levels tested, and my blood report shows a prolactin level of 44.45 ng per ml. Could you please advise what steps I should take next?
