I am currently managing PCOD and have completed a two month course, now starting my third month. Recently, I have been experiencing frequent and severe headaches. My doctor advised me to get my prolactin levels tested, and my blood report shows a prolactin level of 44.45 ng per ml. Could you please advise what steps I should take next?

A slightly raised prolactin level can occur in PCOD or even due to stress. Your doctor may adjust medication accordingly. Exercise helps in resolving PCOD. Stay calm, and track this with repeat testing.

I am 32 years old and have been suffering from irregular periods for a long time. My doctor, after evaluating my treatment results, mentioned that my uterine lining is thickened due to hormonal problems. I was prescribed Sysron N tablets to regulate my periods and took the course for 28 days. However, my periods did not become regular and started about a month after completing the tablets. Now I am experiencing heavy bleeding and feeling unwell.

Hi, I got married six months ago and have a thyroid problem. I will attach my report for reference. I weigh 63 kgs and my height is 155 cm. We have been trying to conceive every month. My periods are regular with a cycle of about 25 days, and I usually get my period on the 26th day. However, I have not been able to get pregnant yet. Could there be any problem related to my thyroid or other factors affecting my fertility?
