I am suffering from runny nose and continuous sneezing for the past one and a half years. I consulted an ENT doctor, and he gave me Monticope tablets, which I took for a year. If I stop taking the tablets, the symptoms come back. I do not know what to do to stop this. I do not know how long I have to continue the medication. I went to another doctor, a pulmonary specialist, who gave me Odimont and advised a complete blood test. I found out I have vitamin D3 deficiency. He gave me vitamin D shots for one month and a nasal spray. He stopped the tablets from today, and I do not know whether this treatment will work. Please give me a suggestion?

Sir, I am suffering from redness and itching in the upper throat and possibly the upper food pipe for the last 6 months. I have taken many treatments but this problem is not cured.
