I have been suffering from frontal sinus issues since 2005. I use an inhaler once or twice every two years. My ESR is 35, eosinophils are 12, and the rest of my blood report is normal.

Sir, I have been struggling with cold allergy for months. If I miss my medication even for a day, I experience severe cold symptoms the next day, including sneezing about 14 to 20 times every 10 seconds. Early small airway obstruction. Spirometry shows severe restriction as FVC percent less than and FEV1 by FVC percent more than 70. Please help with this. After that I have taken HRCT chest and it is normal? I have attached my report.

I am having itching and irritation on the palms and legs. If I stop taking tablets it starts again after 3 to 4 days. I am taking tablets from the last three months.
