I am taking Ayurvedic medicine for scanty periods, along with Esomac 40 (for gastric issues) and Naxdom 500. Today, I noticed mild nipple pain, and on pressing, there was a transparent milky type discharge from both breasts. Could this be a side effect of these medicines? I had a prolactin and thyroid test done on 25th June, and both were normal.

Nipple discharge can occur due to hormonal shifts. Ayurvedic or gastric meds rarely affect prolactin, but it is possible. Your old prolactin/thyroid reports were normal, retesting is advised. Avoid pressing nipples repeatedly. Do a Serum Prolactin Test and consult a gynecologist if it continues.
