My report shows that my thyroid TSH is 1.88 and serum prolactin level is 33.70 ng/mL. I am unsure what to do next.

TSH is fine, but prolactin is elevated and may affect fertility or periods. A repeat serum prolactin test and MRI of pituitary are advised to check for a microadenoma. Please take the prolactin test and MRI to confirm.

I had a prolactin and thyroid test done on 25th June, and both were normal.
