Cysts with low Hb and itching may indicate PCOD plus anemia or infection. Itching could be due to a yeast infection. Weight gain is common in PCOD. Consider gynecologist review, iron therapy, and vaginal swab if symptoms persist.

I am taking Ayurvedic medicine for scanty periods, along with Esomac 40 (for gastric issues) and Naxdom 500.
