Cysts with low Hb and itching may indicate PCOD plus anemia or infection. Itching could be due to a yeast infection. Weight gain is common in PCOD. Consider gynecologist review, iron therapy, and vaginal swab if symptoms persist.

I am a 23 year old unmarried girl. My height is 5.3 to 5.4, and my weight is 75.8 kg (overweight). My blood report shows Prolactin: 29.12 ng/ml, Hemoglobin: 11.7 gm/dl, Testosterone: 0.29 ng/ml, Fasting plasma glucose: 76.2 mg/dl, Postprandial glucose: 101.6 mg/dl, and my thyroid report is normal.
