I have multiple peripheral cysts in both ovaries. My prolactin test report is below the average range, and my hemoglobin level is also low at 7. In the last two days, I have been experiencing vaginal itching, which is increasing day by day. I have also gained a significant amount of weight. My thyroid test results are normal.

Cysts with low Hb and itching may indicate PCOD plus anemia or infection. Itching could be due to a yeast infection. Weight gain is common in PCOD. Consider gynecologist review, iron therapy, and vaginal swab if symptoms persist.

After a scan and blood tests, I have been diagnosed with PCOS. My results show AMH 7.5, prolactin 40, and vitamin D 13, while all other parameters are normal. My doctor has prescribed Myo inositol and Cabergoline 0.5?mg once a week for three weeks. I am confused about the Myo inositol dosage: should I take 2 tablets per day? I have a total of 60 Myo inositol tablets. Should I take both medications in the same month, or should I finish the Myo inositol first and then start Cabergoline? Please guide me.
