I have multiple peripheral cysts in both ovaries. My prolactin test report is below the average range, and my hemoglobin level is also low at 7. In the last two days, I have been experiencing vaginal itching, which is increasing day by day. I have also gained a significant amount of weight. My thyroid test results are normal.

Cysts with low Hb and itching may indicate PCOD plus anemia or infection. Itching could be due to a yeast infection. Weight gain is common in PCOD. Consider gynecologist review, iron therapy, and vaginal swab if symptoms persist.
