I am a thyroid patient and also have PCOD, which causes irregular periods. My recent sonogram shows an endometrial thickness of 7.1 mm. I have gained weight in the last 2 months and often feel dull and drowsy. Additionally, my TB test is positive, but my doctor advised not to take TB medication. What should I do now?

TB positive test must be discussed with a specialist, even if no symptoms. PCOD and thyroid together can cause weight gain and fatigue.

Please suggest what food to eat to recover and how much time it will take to recover completely?
