I ate with my hands just about 3040 seconds after using a hand sanitizer and could still smell it on my hands. The sanitizer has 70% Isopropyl Alcohol, and I read somewhere that consuming it can be harmful. My hands were dry when I ate, but I'm a bit worried if there's any risk from the sanitizer residue. Is everything okay?

I'm wondering if it's a good idea to take medicine for deworming as an adult. I remember having it when I was a kid, but I'm not sure if it's necessary now. Can you help me out with some advice on this?

For neck pain and stiffness (Suluku), try these over-the-counter (OTC) ointments and balms: *Ointments and Balms* 1. *Volini*: Topical pain reliever for neck pain and inflammation. 2. *Moov*: Cream or spray for pain relief and reduced inflammation. 3. *Iodex*: Balm with iodine for pain relief and reduced inflammation. 4. *Tiger Balm*: Topical cream or balm for pain relief and reduced inflammation. *Additional Tips* 1. *Apply heat or cold*: Warm or cold compresses can help relieve pain and reduce stiffness. 2. *Stretch and move*: Gentle stretching and movement can help relieve tension and reduce pain. 3. *Maintain good posture*: Ensure good sitting and standing posture to reduce neck strain. 4. *Take regular breaks*: Regularly stretch and move, especially if you have a job that involves sitting or standing for long periods. Remember to always read and follow the instructions on the label, and consult a healthcare professional if you experience any adverse reactions or if your symptoms persist or worsen.

I've recently recovered from COVID-19, tested negative 20 days ago, but I'm still dealing with some mild post-COVID symptoms like headaches and a bit of abdominal discomfort. I've been wondering if it'd be okay to have a couple of small bottles of beer to relax during these tough times. Is it safe to have alcohol now, or should I wait a bit longer?

It is generally advisable to avoid alcohol consumption while recovering from COVID-19 and experiencing post-COVID symptoms. Alcohol can weaken your immune system and may interfere with the recovery process. It is best to focus on staying hydrated, getting adequate rest, and eating a healthy diet to support your body's recovery. If you are experiencing headache and abdominal pain, you can take acetaminophen for headache relief and antacids for abdominal pain. Make sure to follow the recommended dosage instructions.

I'm a bit worried about the fumes from soldering since I do a bit of it at home, not regularly, just when needed. I don't really use any protection from the fumes, and I'm curious about how harmful they might be to my lungs. What kind of diseases could these fumes cause? Would a normal medical mask do anything to help with prevention? It's been hard finding much info on this, so I thought I'd ask here.
