I came down with typhoid on April 1st, and although that's over now, I'm dealing with a mild fever and feeling really weak in my legs. Plus, I just can't seem to get any sleep at night. What could be causing this? Any idea how I can start feeling better?

I'm dealing with a viral fever, and while paracetamol is helping a bit with the fever, it only reduces the temperature for a short time. I'm wondering if there are any antibiotics I can take that might help more effectively. Any advice would be appreciated!
genrally antibiotics are not helpful inviral infections if it still bothers you try milder antibiotics like monocef 200 for 5 days
