I completely tore my ACL and I'm really worried is surgery absolutely necessary or are there other options? Also, how much does ACL surgery usually cost?

View allI've been dealing with this recurring pain for years and seen multiple doctors but no one has been able to fix it properly. Every 3-4 months I get these horrible flare-ups where I can't move at all due to severe pain in my right hip, lower back, and what feels like nerve compression making me want to cut my leg off. Painkillers are the only thing that helps me function. I'm considering surgery but worried if it'll actually give me permanent relief or not
MRI is advised, post share the report.

I have both ACL and PCL injuries but I've still been playing football with a knee guard. What risks am I taking by continuing to play? My surgery is scheduled for October should I stop playing until then?

My 7.5-year-old son had femur surgery with a titanium wire implant and has fully recovered. I'm really nervous about anesthesia since he's had it three times in the last six months. Is it okay to leave the implant as it is or does it need to be removed?
