I developed a dry cough on 13 May and had a fever of 100.1F on 14 May, which continued on 15 and 16 May. I took paracetamol 650 mg every 6 hours, but the fever kept returning. On 17 May, I had no fever, but on 18 May, I again had a fever of 100.1F in the evening. On 19 May, I had no fever. I have been taking Muceder 600 and using an inhaler twice a day. Are these medicines suitable for a COVID patient? I got an RTPCR test on 16 May, and my report came on 19 May. How should I count my COVID infection days or isolation period? I do not have a sore throat, and I can still smell, taste, and feel hungry

Isolation is counted from symptom onset, 13 May is Day 1. Muceder and inhalers help with cough/congestion, but antiviral or supportive treatment depends on symptoms.

View allMy report came negative after 14 days of isolation. I would like to know if any precautions need to be taken and for how long, as I have a 3 year old son. Also, my mother in law and father in law are at home. It has been a total of 17 days now. Is any medication required post COVID? When will smell or taste resume? I had a mild infection with no fever or cold before testing. I am also experiencing leg pain, dryness in throat and nose, and weakness post COVID. Am I still infectious? Blood tests including D dimer were fine and oxygen level is 96+. Please suggest?

I am traveling to Nagpur on 9th September, and my second vaccine dose is scheduled for 28th August. Since Maharashtra requires a negative RTPCR test for entry, I plan to take the RTPCR test on 7th September. Will my RTPCR report show positive because I took the vaccine dose on 28th August, or will it be negative?
