Please analyze my COVID 19 IgG antibody test report. The result shows 0.7 AU/mL. I have attached the report for your detailed review.

A value of 0.7 AU/ml typically indicates a negative or low antibody level. If unsure about past exposure or immunity, consult your doctor. Repeat if advised.

View allI and my family tested positive 5 days ago and we got admitted in the hospital the same day. My sister did not have symptoms for the first three days but later after medication she developed flu, cold, cough, nausea and extreme tiredness. She also feels shortness of breath but her oxygen level is constantly 99. Why is her body getting worse day by day? Even after injection she feels tired and fatigued. Her CT and blood report are normal and she has no fever. She is 26 years old. Does she have any problem?

About a month ago, I had a throat infection that lasted for 25 days. My doctor said it was a viral infection and did not recommend any tests. After I recovered, I decided to do a COVID antibody test on my own. The report shows IgG negative but total antibodies positive. I am now feeling fine. Does this mean I had a COVID infection, or can other viral infections also show total antibodies positive? Was my doctor wrong in diagnosing it as a non COVID viral infection?

It has been almost 17 days. Does he require RT PCR test or any other test to be done? Can he now live normally? Please advise.
