I did the HBA1C, OGTT, and TSH tests as recommended by a doctor at Cloudnine. My report shows HBA1C 9.7, average glucose 231.69, fasting sugar 191 high, 1 hour post load 326 high, 2 hours post load 398 high, and TSH 7.325 high. These values are higher than normal. What would be your suggestion regarding diet or medicines?

Your results indicate uncontrolled diabetes and hypothyroidism. Immediate dietary intervention low carb, high fiber and medical treatment with insulin and thyroid medication are necessary.

Hi, I just received my blood report, and it shows that I am in the prediabetic range, with an HbA1c level of 6. I would like to consult on what steps I should take to manage this condition.
