I don't know what's going on, but every morning I wake up feeling like I'm going to puke. No matter what I try to eat or drink, even if it's just milk, I end up throwing up. It's really tough because I can't stand any food smells early in the day. Do you have any ideas on how I can stop this from happening?

It sounds like you may be dealing with morning sickness or a digestive issue. Try having small sips of water or ginger tea in the morning before any food, and avoid strong smells. If this continues, its best to consult a doctor to rule out any underlying conditions.

View allI've been experiencing some chest pain that's worrying me, especially when I bend over or first thing in the morning. Its more like a pinning sensation sometimes. I've had an ECG, echo, TMT, and chest X-rays, and they all came back normal. I'm currently on gastric meds like Razl, VSL#3, Sucraloc, and Normaxin. The pain mostly bothers me when I wake up, but not so much during the rest of the day. Could this be muscular or something gastric-related even though I don't have heartburn? I do notice the pain very occasionally while eating, but it doesn't last long. What could be going on?
take tablet zerodol and tablet pantoprazole

I'm really struggling with acidity whenever I eat junk food like vada pav or pani puri. It's like my body just doesn't agree with the things I love. Do you have any tips or remedies that could help me manage this acidity so I can enjoy my favorite foods without feeling uncomfortable afterward?

I've been diagnosed with pelvic floor dyssynergia and my doctor recommended biofeedback therapy. Is there an effective Ayurvedic treatment for this condition? I'm open to either surgery or medicine but want to know what works best.
Bio feedback is the best treatment for this. You can search for alternative options but start following this.
